Responsible Servants

The Greek word ‘diakonos’ can be translated into English as “deacon” or “servant” and is used to describe those members of a local church who serve and lead the main ministries and responsibilities of a local church. (See I Timothy 3:8-13 and Acts 6:1-6)

At Hope Church, we call these men and women “Responsible Servants,” and they serve the Body in everything from nursery to finances, from Bible teaching to cutting the grass. Each Responsible Servant has been vetted and approved by the Elders and has been “equipped for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13). The following is a list of the ministries of Hope Church and the Responsible Servant responsible who heads up those ministries. Feel free to contact any leader if you are interested in serving in that area or if you want more information about that ministry.

Below is the list of Responsible Servants. You can find this list and contact info in the Church App if you are a Hope Church Member. If you are not a member and would like to contact one of the Responsible Servants, please contact us, and we will put you in touch.
